Just wanted to say that I LOVE these ideas and I put bath salts in one, Skittles in another, and the Vanilla Sugar idea in a third. I showed them at my show this last Monday and sold 4 sets. I was going to make a sugar scrub but ran out of time. I'll be doing it this weekend though.
I made up a couple of samples for tomorrow's show . I dropped each one in a cellophane bag and tied it with a ribbon, adding a bamboo spoon in the bow. They look really cute filled with M&M's and tied up with the plastic bag wrap.

Thaw food in bowl before using in oven. Do not add boiling liquid to non-tempered bowl. Do not add cool liquid to hot bowl.

I'm suggesting them as great small gifts for teachers, coworkers, etc. Tastefully Simple has a WONDERFUL Caramel Creme Latte mix. I love it and buy about 6 cans every winter to give as gifts. I keep one for myself atleast, but they are wonderful! I mix mine with milk although the directions are to use water.
I melted one square of choclate bark in a small s.a. Bowl and dipped my spoon in it, rolling the spoon until it was covered. I probably could have made several more from that one square. I set it out to harden on top on the prep bowl. I covered the spoon with plastic wrap and tucked it under the bow. I used 3" wide ribbon, tied it in a knot and then slipped the spoon under it. This a good way to sell more of these at your shows.
I did this when I started and told them to enjoy ~ they'd probably call me to order an entire set of 6. This was before I thought of them as little gifts. Mix it all together in the baby batter bowl.
I mention that the prep bowl gift is perfect for those gifts when you need a lot of gifts for a low price....such as teacher gifts, co-worker gifts, etc. WoW I am glad you posted this you really got me thinking about this and how i could help demonstrate these at my shows thanks so much Heather!!!!! Hopefully these other ideas would be good for you as well. I am thinking-Christmas colored candy- kisses, reeses bells, layered by color. I'm thinking small batter bowls with candy or small box muffin mixes/ cookie mixes surrounded by candy- with a scraper on top for teachers...
All it is is a mixture of sugar, olive oil, and whatever else you want. Lay it across the top, and wrap the ribbon up from the bottom, so the bow is on top of the spoon.
